I hope you’ve been enjoying the 31 Days of Bible Crafts series! Today’s craft is based on the Christmas story, and though I realize it might be a little early for Christmas crafts, you can always stash it away in on Pinterest until you need it. However, if you’re anything like me, you’ve already begun Christmas play practice and this craft would be a great activity for those kids who aren’t as heavily involved in practicing. Ready?
What You Need:
- Craft sticks (4 for each child)
- Star Stickers
- Black Construction Paper
What You Do:
Remind kids that though there were many stars in the sky, there was one that shone brighter than the rest: the star that pointed to Jesus. Pass out 4 craft sticks to each kid and a sheet of stars and let them loose! I like this craft because it’s nice and simple, but older kids can embellish with crayons or star patterns if they want.
