Welcome to day #19 of the 31 days of Bible Lesson Extra series! This series is designed to help you when you just need “a little extra something” for your lesson. In this series, you’ll find crafts, games, different ways of presenting a lesson and much more. Check out the complete Table of Contents here.
Today, I’ll be showing you a little craft we did to go with a lesson about David. The craft was designed to remind kids that God is with them day and night, no matter what time it is. Of course, this would fit with a lot of other lessons too, especially ones around being brave, feeling scared, feeling worried or the like.
What You Need:
- Paper Plate
- Metal Brads (optional)
- Construction Paper
What You Do:
Have a clock on display for the kids to serve as a reference point. Explain that God is with us all the time, day and night. Have them write numbers on their clock as shown and the phrase “God is with me all the time” in the middle. You can attach a metal brad in the middle with a big and little hand made of construction paper as well (not shown).
Hope it helps!
