Last weekend, we headed out to a new family favorite location — Port Farms! Located in Waterford, it’s about a 40 minute drive from our Erie, PA home. As our kids get older, the place just gets better and better. They’ve got a giant “corn box”, monster high slides, goats, tractor ride, Bunnyville, and lots more fun! If you’re anywhere near the Erie area, you should certainly take a trip! Check out the pictures from our fun!
Corn Box (Always the First Stop!)
(For only 25 cents, you can have the privilege of feeding the goats!)
Check out these crazy chicken costumes we saw on the way to the goats!
I need to get one of these for our Children’s Ministry!!
We just got rid of all our pets, but this place really made me want a bunny. Maybe for Easter?
Ride Them Horses!
I love how there are so many different “stations” where the kids can engage in pretend play!
Picking Out a Pumpkin
Before we left, we grabbed a few pumpkins (only 35 cents a pound!) Now they are proudly sitting on our porch. We’ve been reading The Pumpkin Patch Parable with the kids and will carve up a few smiley faces soon!
This is only a small taste of all the stuff there is to do at Port Farms. Cost is $8 per adult (I’m not sure about kids, since ours are still free (2 and under). Check out their website here!
Oh yeah, in case you’re wondering — this isn’t some kind of sponsored post. We just had a great time and we want other families to know about it too!
Got a great Fall Activity in our town? Leave me a comment and tell me all about it!
Have a great Fall Season!
