I was talking to my friend the other day about her recent Doctor’s appointment. She’s a bit of a worrier and her doctor suggested something for anxiety.  She was hesitant to start medication, but would like to find something to ease the occasional bouts of stress.  I bet you can relate.  There are just times in life (VBS season perhaps) that just really pile on the anxiety.   In fact, 95 million Americans suffer from stress-related illnesses every week.   Sure, you could tough it out and make it through, but it would be nice to have something to naturally ease the anxiety a bit.    These days, I’m growing more and more wary of chemicals, so I was thrilled to hear about 1 Hour Break.

1HourBreak1Hour Break™ is the first all natural oral spray that targets stress. It is safe, effective, and can be used daily. Just spray into your mouth and swallow. Within a few minutes, all the stress bogging you down will start to dissipate, leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.

I don’t know that much about it yet, but I’m excited to learn more!   You can too!

Join us on Tuesday, March 25th at 6pm PST/9pm EST for a party about natural stress relief sponsored by 1 Hour Break about the causes and effects of stress and anxiety and strategies we can use to combat it naturally. This will be a great opportunity to connect with the founders of 1Hour Break on the 1st day of their new product launch on Indiegogo on that same day!
